Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using AutoNomiq ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AutoNomiq is a cloud-based platform that generates production-ready multi-agent AI code (AutoGen, CrewAI) and AWS CDK deployment stacks from user-provided configurations. The Service supports 7 programming languages and generates infrastructure-as-code for AWS deployment.

The Service uses AI models to generate code. While we strive for quality, generated code should be reviewed by the user before production use.

3. User Accounts and Eligibility

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to maintain the security of your account credentials.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these terms.

4. Credits and Subscriptions

4.1 Credit System

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Each generation consumes credits from your account balance. Credits are deducted when you initiate a code generation request.

4.2 Subscription Plans

We offer monthly subscription plans (Builder, Pro, Team) that provide a monthly allocation of generation credits. Subscription credits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle and do not roll over.

4.3 Credit Packs

One-time credit packs provide permanent credits that never expire. Credit packs can be purchased in addition to or independently of subscriptions.

5. Ownership of Generated Code

You own all code generated by the Service. When you use AutoNomiq to generate agent code, CDK stacks, or documentation, you receive full ownership of the output. You may use, modify, sell, and distribute the generated code for any purpose, including commercial applications.

We claim no intellectual property rights over the code you generate using our Service. The AI models used to generate code are provided by third-party providers; AutoNomiq serves as an interface and code assembler.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate malicious code, malware, or code intended to harm systems
• Create content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Generate code for illegal activities or purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or discover the Service's underlying AI models and algorithms
• Use the Service in a way that exceeds reasonable usage limits or interferes with the Service's operation
• Share your account credentials with others

7. Intellectual Property

The Service itself, including our website, UI, documentation, and proprietary technology, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

"AutoNomiq" and our logo are trademarks of AutoNomiq. You may not use our trademarks without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUTONOMIQ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Specifically, we are not liable for: (i) any damage resulting from generated code that you deploy to production without proper review, (ii) any issues arising from AWS resource costs incurred through generated CDK stacks, or (iii) any loss of data or business interruption.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AutoNomiq and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from: (i) your use of the Service, (ii) your generated code, (iii) your violation of these terms, or (iv) your violation of any third-party rights.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Upon termination: (i) you lose access to the Service, (ii) any unused subscription credits are forfeited, (iii) you may still access generated code you downloaded before termination, and (iv) provisions relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification survive termination.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the federal courts located in the United States.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
