AutoNomiq wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines our guidelines for refunds on subscriptions and credit packs. By purchasing any paid plan or credit pack, you agree to these terms.
2. Subscription Refunds
2.1 Monthly Subscriptions
Our monthly subscription plans (Builder, Pro, Team) are billed on a monthly cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
- Full refund within 14 days: If you cancel within the first 14 days of your initial subscription, you receive a full refund. This applies to your first subscription purchase only.
- No refund after 14 days: After the 14-day window, subscriptions are non-refundable. You continue to have access until the end of your billing period.
- No partial refunds: We do not offer partial refunds for unused days in a billing month.
2.2 Annual Subscriptions
Annual plans offer a discount in exchange for a longer commitment.
- Full refund within 30 days: Annual subscriptions can be fully refunded within the first 30 days of purchase.
- Pro-rated refund after 30 days: Between days 31-90, you may receive a pro-rated refund minus a 20% early cancellation fee.
- No refund after 90 days: Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after the 90-day window.
2.3 Subscription Downgrades
If you downgrade your subscription plan, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No partial credits or refunds are provided for the difference in pricing.
3. Credit Pack Refunds
Credit packs are one-time purchases that provide permanent credits that never expire.
- Full refund within 7 days (unopened): If you have not used any credits from a purchased pack, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
- Partial refund within 7 days (partial use): If you have used some credits, you may receive a refund for the remaining unused credits, calculated at the per-credit price you paid.
- No refund after 7 days or after use: Once 7 days have passed, or once any credits from the pack have been consumed, credit packs are non-refundable.
- Demo credits: Free credits provided for trial or promotional purposes are not eligible for refunds.
4. Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, you must:
- Submit your refund request within the applicable time window
- Provide the email address associated with your account
- Confirm the purchase details (plan type, date, amount)
- Not have previously received a refund for the same product type
Automatic Eligibility
Refunds are automatically approved in these cases:
- First subscription purchase cancelled within 14 days
- Annual subscription cancelled within 30 days
- Unused credit pack returned within 7 days
5. How to Request a Refund

6. Processing Time
Once your refund is approved:
- Initial response: We respond to refund requests within 2 business days.

- Credit card refunds: May take 5-14 business days to appear on your statement (depending on your card issuer).
- Original payment method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
7. Chargebacks and Disputes
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Most issues can be resolved quickly through our support team.
If you initiate a chargeback, we may:
- Suspend your account pending investigation
- Provide evidence of the transaction to your bank
- Challenge invalid chargebacks
Successful chargebacks that violate our refund policy may result in account termination.
8. Special Circumstances
We understand that exceptional situations may arise. We handle these cases on a case-by-case basis:
- Service outage: If our Service is unavailable for more than 24 hours due to our fault, we may provide account credits (not refunds) at our discretion.
- Technical issues: If you cannot use the Service due to a technical issue on our end, contact support before requesting a refund.
- Account termination: If we terminate your account for violation of Terms of Service, no refunds are provided.
- Feature changes: We may modify, add, or remove features. Such changes do not qualify for refunds.
